INCUBATING INCUBATORS
About the Program
Incubating Incubators is a three-month intensive training program for impact incubators from across the globe. In this virtual program, incubators undergo high-touch hand-holding and mentoring, with a focus on capacity building and strategy training. During the program, incubators also receive training on Villgro's Incubation replication guide and access to our technology platform IMS.
The engagement does not stop there. The participating incubators go on to become members of the Villgro Impact Network and gain exclusive access to member-only peer learning sessions, forums to connect with other network members and explore partnership opportunities for joint funding and incubation.

Program Highlights
Incubation Training
The ‘Incubation Replication Guide’ captures the incubation processes, templates and insights, from setting up to running an incubator. The incubators will have access to 4-5 days virtual training programs, webinars and group activities to enable them to understand how to utilize the Incubation Replication guide and templates.
Diagnostic Panel

Villgro’s proprietary process, Diagnostic Panel is a strategic solutioning session.

The session diagnoses imminent challenges/risks in all areas of the incubation model for each incubator and builds a 100-day action plan.
Portfolio
Management
Incubator’s portfolio managers will get a chance to work with Villgro’s portfolio managers in respect to learn the tools & templates.
One on One Mentoring

Our distinguished advisors will provide one-to-one customized mentoring to each incubator during the program.

These advisors will co-design the customized roadmap for accessing the startup ecosystem.
Peer Learning Sessions
Peer learning sessions / webinars on topics such as Go To Market Strategy, Impact Measurement, Legal & Compliance, Mentor Management, etc.
